Linda Crews, Certified Senior Trainer for Perceptions Program™
Linda Crews started her corporate career in the software industry, at Management Science America (MSA) and then later Dun and Bradstreet Software (DBS). Linda quickly developed an expertise in Instructional Design and Training (her passion) and then Sales Consulting and Marketing. She has facilitated educational and sales presentations to prospects and clients from entry level positions to EVPs for Fortune 500 companies.
For the past ten years, Linda has found her niche working as the Director of Operations and Staff Director for Shaunti Feldhahn, assisting in the research, launch and publicity phases of seven research studies and book releases since 2005. Linda has a unique role as a certified Perceptions Program™ Trainer for High Factor Results due to her participation with Shaunti in every writing phase of The Male Factor – from research study and interviews to training program development and delivery.
Linda lives in Atlanta with her husband Don and has dedicated much of her spare time to developing and leading studies for women on marriage and family relations, coaching at-risk teens for high school graduation, and fund-raising for human trafficking.

Cindy J. Cohn, CCIM – Coaching Partner
After more than 30 years as a leader in the commercial real estate industry, including years in the executive ranks and C-suite, Cindy Cohn has turned her skills toward developing leadership in others. She is passionate about helping women get a leg up in the business world. A life-long mentor who is now a Certified Coach, Cindy launched her own firm in 2013 to catalyze positive, well-organized change for clients by providing interim COO or asset management services, corporate and individual coaching, and staff development workshops.
Cindy has partnered with Shaunti Feldhahn and High Factor Results to create a coaching platform that will bring the messages learned in The Male Factor to professional women of all ages and levels of experience. Understanding the unwritten rules, misperceptions and secret beliefs of men in the workplace will allow women to enhance their leadership skills and make informed decisions about their interactions with men in the workplace, thus reducing their barriers to success.
Cindy continues to be actively involved in numerous industry organizations, having served on the Boards of CREW Dallas, CREW in the Community, and the Dallas chapters of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute) and IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) among others. She is also passionate about advancing those without the advantages many others share, and serves in many organizations reaching communities in need. She lives in Dallas with her husband, Scott, and has five children and five grandchildren. She enjoys reading, shooting and horses.
Melinda Weedon, Certified Sr. Trainer for Perceptions Program
With extensive experience in marketing, corporate communications, presenting and event planning, Melinda Weedon spent 8 years as a Regional Vice President and independent consultant for an international health and wellness company where she specialized in sales and training. Melinda has conducted corporate training for groups of 8 to 800, training on time management techniques, overcoming obstacles, and effective speech and presentation skills. Melinda is a Certified Leadership Coach with The Life Coach Institute and a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Baylor University. Melinda earned a B.A. in Journalism with a minor in Marketing and Management.
Melinda and her husband Kyle live in Texas with their 2 children and are soon to be empty nesters.
Monique A. Honaman, HFR Consulting Partner
Monique Honaman, an HFR Consulting Partner, has built an esteemed reputation in the key human resource areas of leadership assessment and development, bringing her leadership of our partner firm, ISHR Group, to provide specialized HR-specific consulting services to our clients. A graduate of the University of Michigan with a Bachelors degree, Michigan State University with a Masters Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations, and Albany Law School with a Juris Doctorate, Monique has dedicated her career to her passion for people development.
After starting her HR career with General Motors, Monique joined GE’s Human Resource Management Program where she gained valuable HR experience and earned her Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Monique is a certified practitioner of the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI), one of the world’s leading assessment tools. Monique opted to export her entrepreneurial skills to her own firm and started Incite Strategies in 1999 and HR OptIn in 2007 (collectively, the ISHR Group). Monique serves on the Enterprising Women National Advisory Board, the Advisory Board at Emerge, the Zoo Atlanta Leadership Council, and the Alumni Relations Board at Michigan State University’s School of Human Resources and Labor Relations. She is a member of the Atlanta Women President’s Organization. Monique lives in Atlanta with her husband, Justin, and two children. She thrives on challenge and brings an extraordinary amount of energy to every endeavor. In her spare time she enjoys sports, reading, writing, photography and traveling.

Calvin Edwards has been Shaunti’s primary research advisor and literary agent since 1996. Calvin has launched a new wave in the philanthropy and analytics industry, establishing Calvin Edwards and Company as a globally-recognized analytical consulting and research firm. CEC advises major donors, government agencies, and foundations on how to maximize the impact of their giving and advises non-profit organizations how to become more worthy of it. Calvin works closely with Shaunti during the process of conceptualizing and researching each of her books, bringing his extensive experience and insight to the process of survey design and content development.
Chuck Cowan, Survey Design Partner
Dr. Charles D. Cowan is the Chief Executive Officer of Analytic Focus, LLC, a national statistics, finance and economics consulting organization. Dr. Cowan, a nationally recognized expert in statistical applications and economic investigations, has more than 40 years of experience in research and design applied to issues in finance, economics and social research. Dr. Cowan works with Shaunti on the entire spectrum of research and survey development and design. Together they manage the team at Decision Analyst that conducts the surveys, and whose rigorous methods and quality control ensure reliable survey results.
