Shaunti Feldhahn Keynote: The Unwritten Rules And Pipeline Perceptions

Your people will walk out of this fascinating, positive and respectful keynote with eyes open to the unspoken rules and perceptions common among men, that affect women every day – often without either party realizing or intending it.  Women will be equipped to take charge of their own perceptions in the pipeline and men will see the intentions and strengths behind patterns (e.g., emotion) that they often view as uncomfortable or even as a weakness.

Make It Stick: One-Day Workshop (up to 25 participants)

Either stand-alone or as a keynote follow-up, this intensive workshop gives women the keys to effectiveness and influence with male colleagues and customers.   With real-world exercises and action planning, each participant will be equipped to remove common obstacles, and acquire the “know your audience” confidence and ability that is essential for advancement.  The company will see immediate improvement in productivity and morale as effectiveness increases and very common (and misunderstood) distractions cease to exist.

Intensive Impact: Keynote / Workshop Combination

This program combines the impact of Shaunti Feldhahn’s keynote with the application effect of a workshop.  Program length and content will be customized to client needs (topics and training modules)

Pass It On: Follow-Up Sessions  (4-8 participants)
