The Perceptions Program™ is based on Shaunti Feldhahn’s startling findings from an eight year study, published in The Male Factor: The Unwritten Rules, Misperceptions and Secret Beliefs of Men in the Workplace. Although this program is most popular in women’s leadership circles, it can also be tailored to include men as a highly effective coed event or initiative.
